At SS Designs, our team members are our greatest asset. We prioritize their well-being and the growth of their families and community. To ensure this, we have launched the Employee Care Program with Heart 4 Winter Haven. This program offers personalized, confidential consultation, case management and growth workshops on-site.
We value feedback from all team members and provide avenues for communication through our Employee Resource Group and “Opportunity Knocks” board. We believe everyone deserves a voice.
Additionally, we recognize the importance of our local community. That’s why we partner with organizations like kidsPACK, providing meals to Polk County students in need during Christmas break.
