We perform 100% real-time quality inspections at every stage of the production process to ensure quality and consistency from the first print to the last. We start by creating a sample garment built to exact specifications, share it with our internal leadership and then present it to the customer for approval. This garment follows the production of all subsequent product runs allowing us to match all runs with the original. Throughout the process, garments are randomly withdrawn and checked against the approved standard garment to ensure consistency of quality. Our real-time damage control system alerts our team to any issues immediately, alleviating wasted time and materials.

SS Designs employs a state-of-the-art enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that allows for real-time transaction-based feedback on our customers’ orders. Our production-scheduling system provides a detailed forecast of each process in queue, so we can ensure customer ship dates are met. The data provided by our real-time, transaction-based tracking system also enables our team to learn and develop improved production processes to accommodate customer needs.

We love family reunions! But unfortunately, probably not. SS Designs is a high-volume producer of products for larger clients including international corporations, theme parks, restaurants and retail chains. We require a minimum order of 300 pieces.
